Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove Astro's access to your accounts, and have the data Astro holds about you or your brand deleted, at any time.

1. Disconnect inside Astro

Open Connections for your brand at astro.cats22.agency and choose Disconnect for the ad account or the social accounts. The stored token is wiped immediately and Astro can no longer access that account.

2. Revoke access on the platform

• Meta: Business Settings → Users → System users (remove the Astro system user's assets), or Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → remove Astro.
• Google / YouTube: Google Account permissions → Astro → Remove access.
• Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins (or Apps) → revoke Astro.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → remove Astro.

3. Request deletion of your data

Email mariano@cats22.agency with the subject "Astro data deletion" and the brand name or account you connected. We delete the account's tokens, synced platform data, published-post records and analytics within 30 days and confirm by email. Content you published to a platform stays on that platform until you remove it there.

4. What is kept

We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was completed, and anything we are legally required to retain. Nothing else.
