Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Astro (the "Service"), operated by CATS22 LLC ("CATS22," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Astro helps brands research, produce, review, publish and measure content on social platforms, and manage advertising on Meta. Astro acts only on accounts you connect and publishes only content you approve or have configured it to publish.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the brand and the platform accounts you connect. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Fees

Anyone can create an Astro account for a brand. New accounts are reviewed and approved before the brand's workspace opens, and Astro is then provided under these terms and any separate written agreement. Any fees will be set out in writing before they apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; to make health, safety or other claims you cannot substantiate; to violate the rules of any platform you publish to; to spam, scrape or interfere with any platform; or to access accounts you are not authorized to manage.

5. Your Content and Data

You keep all rights to content you create, upload or publish through Astro. You grant CATS22 a limited licence to store, process, render and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights (including creator usage rights) to anything you publish. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Astro connects to third-party services including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube), Pinterest and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may change or limit their APIs, which may affect Astro's features.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Astro available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail because of platform outages, API limits or review decisions outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Performance data and AI-generated drafts are aids to your judgment, not guarantees of results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CATS22 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

10. Termination

You may stop using Astro and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required by a platform or by law. Data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
